I am the President for the Glencairn Subdivision Homeowners Association on the far west side of Houston. We were in need of some upgrades to our pool facility and Civic Center. We sought several bids for the job and Cupic Custom Homes was by far the best in quality of materials used and they were able to meet our time line.
Our pool facility is often used for a large divisional meet at the end of the season, everyone raved about all of the upgrades made to the facilities. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Cupic and his company and will most definitely be using him for future upcoming projects.

Great experience from beginning to end.
Our experience with Cupic Custom Homes and their renovation of our house was great from beginning to end. Shane and his team did a thorough review of our home and connected us with a great designer and decorator. Since we were taking down some walls and columns, Shane’s team did an inspection of the structural element ahead of time so we would know what we were dealing with.
Despite some unforeseen issues, Shane and his team stayed on the initial time line and every person involved worked efficiently and carefully. Each crew cleaned up the job site at the end of each day, which we were particularly pleased with as we were living in the home during renovation. Each step of the process was explained to us and all of our questions answered without hesitation. Shane and Juan were always available to answer questions or to pro-actively deal with any issues that arose during the renovation.
I would highly recommend Cupic Custom Homes for anyone interested in building or remodeling their existing home. We will definitely be calling on Cupic for the future phases of our home remodel.
